Here we go again.... Take 2!

We are happy to announce that the Laughner Family is once again growing! We are going back to Ethiopia! We were accepted back into the program and will soon be starting our dossier. We are requesting a 4-6 year old little girl!

To answer some of the questions....
Yes we will have enough kids to be the Brady Bunch!
No we are not trying for our own baseball team.
Yes this is the last one! Yes we have said this before.
Michael and Lori will be traveling to Ethiopia to meet our princess!
Yes, Tom is OK with adopting one more.
Yes Michael has agreed to play with Barbies and Littlest Pet Shop on the plane.
Yes we have to go through the whole process again, with a shorter home study, and a few discounts.
Yes the referral should come quicker because of requesting an older child.
Whether or not we are crazy is debatable.... it depends on who you ask. Some say yes, some say we just still have love to share.

Please pray for our family during this process and the daughter that God has chosen for our family!

I am overjoyed for you guys, and incredibly jealous. Praise God for your faithfulness to him and to His children. You have enough love for all 4.8 million orphans in Ethiopia ... I will be praying for you as you start in your journey again. I'm sad to not be joining you at this moment in time. Love you guys! Thanks for letting us share in your second journey to ET!

I am beyond excited for your family! I truly got chills when I read the update. Thank you for beig an example of doing Gods work & opening your hearts to more children...it brings me to tears & inspires Sam & I! We love you guys & will forever be greaful for all your did for us durring our time in Ethiopia. We pray we will be back as well someday! Today at 4:25 the call came.... It is 4:25 I was sitting out by the pool just getting ready to get in. The neighbor had just left and my kids were swimming. Day Four (tomorrow we go home)

Hello again. It is Thursday night! We went to Kids Care Orphanage today. That is where Daniel lived from March 31st until June 10th. It was really sad to see all the kids there that do not have families waiting to pick them up. We got some great videos of the older kids in their school singing the ABC's and singing in Amharic. We passed out granola bars and dum dums. We also took some playground balls. When we took Daniel into the home and told the nannies, that we had Fitsum, they just went crazy. They were so excited to see him. They held him and kissed him, and spent time talking to him. One of them talked to him in Amharic and Robel our guide translated it for us on video. There were rooms of healthy children, rooms of sick kids, rooms of toddlers, and the school house of about 30 kids. The kids just couldn't get enough attention from us.
