One busy Sunday!

On Sunday, we started out with church, a quick lunch, an ice skating birthday party for the whole family, shopping, out to dinner, and coloring Easter Eggs. Daniel had his first experience of ice skating, he made it around the rink once on his feet holding on to my hands. The rest of the time he sat on a 5 gallon bucket and let Allison push him around on it. He was really mad when we took his skates off of him. Daniel also colored his first Easter eggs. He saw no reason to be careful dipping the eggs, or with the eggs. He would bang them on the table, drop them, etc. He was the first one to eat an egg, and he ate the whole thing. We had a great day.
Today marks 5 months of Daniel being home. He has come so far. He loves our dog. He is still timid around other animals though. He is also terrified of the Easter bunny at the mall. He has grown 3 inches and gained 3 pounds. He is a sponge and is speaking more every day. We still have some sleep issues. It seems so random, some nights he sleeps through others he wakes 3-4 times. Most of the time we just pat him back down. We are working on sleep. Everything else is going good. We are entering the definite toddler stage, he will be 2 next month.
