Puzzle pieces are being sold!!!

We have sold quite a few puzzle pieces. It is fun to see the well wishes come in! Have you bought a puzzle piece (or a few)? Will you consider purchasing a puzzle piece and writing a short note to our daughter? We will put your name on the back of a puzzle pioece, and add the personalized note from you to her book! We will then share with her, all of the families that helped to bring her home! All money will go towards our 2nd trip to bring her home.
We leave for Ethiopia in less than 48 hours. We will go in front of the judge on November 4th. This is also the day that Daniel came to live with us forever (2 years ago). If all goes well we hope to have an Embassy appointment December 8th and be able to arrive with her into the US on December 11th!

Today at 4:25 the call came.... It is 4:25 I was sitting out by the pool just getting ready to get in. The neighbor had just left and my kids were swimming. I sit on the edge to slide in and just then the phone rings. I think I will see who it is, but I am not going to answer it. It says 703.... oh my I think that is America World, I start crying. Day Four (tomorrow we go home)

Hello again. It is Thursday night! We went to Kids Care Orphanage today. That is where Daniel lived from March 31st until June 10th. It was really sad to see all the kids there that do not have families waiting to pick them up. We got some great videos of the older kids in their school singing the ABC's and singing in Amharic. We passed out granola bars and dum dums. We also took some playground balls. When we took Daniel into the home and told the nannies, that we had Fitsum, they just went crazy. They were so excited to see him. They held him and kissed him, and spent time talking to him. One of them talked to him in Amharic and Robel our guide translated it for us on video. There were rooms of healthy children, rooms of sick kids, rooms of toddlers, and the school house of about 30 kids. The kids just couldn't get enough attention from us.
