Here are some pictures of our little guy! Danielle the One Family Pictures are for you. The other photo is to show you that the two big brooms are Daniel's favorite toys the last couple of days. Today we started working on some wooden puzzles. He also only woke up twice in the night. Yeah! Today we are off to be kindergarten show and tell. Next week we are 3rd and 6th grade show and tell. Have a great weekend!

Travel Challenge #1 I wrote last week about the challenge I had getting from Memphis to Dulles airport, a trip that ended up taking fifteen hours and included several delays and a diversion from the planned stopover in Houston to Baton Rouge. Little did I know that would be the first of several challenges our team had during the week. Travel Challenge #2 I also wrote about the suitcase that got lost on the way to Kombolcha from Addis, ironically the only suitcase we had to pay for because of the extra bags we had. Fortunately, that one came in the next day but cost Cassidy the chance to meet the mother of the child she sponsors. I’ll come back to travel challenges in a bit. IT'S A BOY!

Today at 4:25 the call came.... It is 4:25 I was sitting out by the pool just getting ready to get in. The neighbor had just left and my kids were swimming. I sit on the edge to slide in and just then the phone rings. I think I will see who it is, but I am not going to answer it. It says 703.... oh my I think that is America World, I start crying. I answer the phone and it is Terra she asked me how I was, I ask is this "the call" she says yes... I am yelling at the kids get out of the pool, on the deck, no off the deck, close up the pool, it's "the call" I am just crying and going crazy! The neighbor hears me and thinks that someone got hurt in the pool, she comes running. The kids are yelling it's our referral. I am apologizing to Terra, I am running in the house crying, shaking, and my phone is about to die. I find another phone calm down and listen to all the information.
